About the Facilitator
Raevyn Carter
Raevyn Carter is a Human Services student at Delta College, peer mentor through Mentor Collective, and Founder and Executive Director of Rainbow Homestead. Their work centers on mentoring, leadership development, and promoting belonging through trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+-affirming practices. Building Belonging reflects their passion for inclusive practice and is designed as a practical resource for mentoring programs, leadership development, and organizational settings.
